Cancellation Policy

Payments and Deposits We have made some changes to better accommodate our clients and our employees. We value each and every one of you. In order to keep scheduling running smoothly, we have instituted a payment and deposit policy. When booking your course, a payment or deposit will be required to reserve your place on a course. This deposit will be credited to the cost of your course. ​ Clients have UP TO 14 days before their course to cancel for a full refund or if mutually agreeable be moved to another course if available. All cancellations within a 14 - 7 day period before their course will be entitled to a 50% refund or if mutually agreeable be moved to another course if available. All cancellations made WITHIN 7 days of the scheduled course are non-refundable and non-transferable. 1 day courses: All 1 day courses must pay in full at the time of booking and will adhere to the above criteria. 2 day courses: All 2 day courses must pay in full at the time of booking and will adhere to the above criteria. 3 or more day course: For courses that are 3 days or longer, a 50% deposit must be made at the time of booking and final payment must be made 21 days prior to the course.
